Food & Beverage Styling

Food and tabletop styling is my absolute favorite type of work.

I prefer to be involved in a project from start to finish and handle all of the props and backgrounds for a food shoot, when possible. I have been brought in by several clients to handle recipe testing and development before the shoot begins, The Produce For Better Health Foundation is among these clients. I am a self-taught pastry chef and maintain an ever-growing repertoire of original desserts.

My current food styling clients include Ronzoni, McCormick, Heinz, Scottish Gourmet, Campbell's and Hershey Foods, among others.
